President Biden faced backlash after repeating a quote that there is “no such thing as someone else’s child" while congratulating the Teacher of the Year on Monday.

"Rebecca put a teacher's creed into words when she said, ‘There is no such thing as someone else's child.’ No such thing as someone else's child.
