Amrita Singh, arrested in connection with the Pamela Goswami drug possession case, claimed BJP leader Rakesh Singh asked her to procure cocaine.
Kolkata Police has made another arrest in the alleged drug possession case involving BJP youth leader Pamela Goswami. Identified as one Amrita Singh, the suspect was produced before an NDPS court on Tuesday afternoon and remanded in police custody till March 18. A member of the BJP's West Bengal unit, Rakesh Singh was arrested after Pamela Goswami accused him of framing her by planting cocaine in her car. During the course of interrogation, Amrita Singh told investigators that she bought cocaine at a price of Rs 9,500 per gram and handed it over to BJP leader Rakesh Singh.More Related News
