
Paediatric task force, Covid care centres for kids: Maharashtra begins preparation for third wave

With a third wave expected in India, the Maharashtra government has said a special paediatric task force will be formed. This team will be responsible for procuring medicines, building Covid-19 care centres for kids.
As the country grapples with the second wave of Covid-19, the Maharashtra government and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) have already started planning and gearing up for the third wave which experts have said is inevitable. A special paediatric task force that will be responsible for procuring medicines for children, paediatric ventilators and building Covid-19 care centres for children will be set up by the Maharashtra government.More Related News
