Over 80% people access MoI services electronically

Doha: With over 220 active e-services offered by the Ministry of Interior (MoI) through Metrash2 app and its online platform, an overwhelming majority of people are preferring accessing those services electronically.

In a survey conducted by the Ministry of Interior on its website, 1,078 people or 83% of the total 1,305 participants said that they always access services electronically. As many as 168 (13%) participants said that they use e-services occasionally. “The e-services offered by the Ministry of Interior save your time and effort and help you access our services at your convenience. Do you take care to access them electronically?” was the question asked by the Ministry in the opinion poll.
