Tim Walz’s acceptance of the Democratic vice presidential nomination, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the night’s program. CNN reached out to representatives for Winfrey and the DNC for comment. Winfrey is in the United Center, according to multiple people who just saw her in the venue’s basement. “I’m so happy to be here,” Winfrey told one person in the hallways. Winfrey’s close friend Gayle King previewed some of Winfrey’s remarks on CBS.
