It is possible there will be a Reno 6 Pro+ in the series and this phone may be powered by the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
Oppo Reno 6 leaks are pouring in by the dozen. After the initial rumour that hinted at the existence of the Reno 5 series sequel, regulatory bodies are now showing the evidence. China’s 3C and MIIT certification websites have now listed the Reno 6. While getting certification is a part of the process to bring new phones to the market, it does reveal interesting information about the upcoming phones. The listings now hint that there may be three smartphones in the Reno 6 series. And one of them may rock a Snapdragon 888 processor inside. The three phones are codenamed PEPM00, PEXM00, and PDNM00. The first model has appeared before on Geekbench, and it expectedly belongs to the upcoming Reno 6. The Oppo Reno 6 series will have three phones under it. The vanilla model may come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor and 65W fast charging. This set of specifications seems good enough considering that the processor is MediaTek’s most advanced chipset. And while it may bring more power to the phone, Oppo’s Reno 6 series may have a flagship phone. It is possible there will be a Reno 6 Pro+ in the series and this phone may be powered by the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. This will be the first time the Reno series will have a high-end chipset. And while that is a hint that Oppo may be planning to make the Snapdragon 888-powered phone more affordable, it begs to ask the position of the Find X series. The latest Find X3 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, in line with some other premium phones.More Related News
