
Ooredoo to help support vulnerable communities in fight against Covid-19

Ooredoo has announced that it is to be the Strategic Communication Sponsor of Qatar Red Crescent Society’s #IAmVaccinated_IDonated initiative. This sponsorship is part of Ooredoo Al Khair campaign, launched during the holy month of Ramadan to provide support to a number of charitable organisations. QRCS’s new initiative seeks to raise $100mn to provide Covid-19 vaccinations for 3.65mn vulnerable people in refugee, displaced and migrant communities around the world. The campaign comes amidst a critical humanitarian situation, where Covid-19 remains a considerable threat to many lives. According to the UNHCR’s latest report, some 79.5mn people have been forced from their homes due to conflict and other causes.More Related News
