OnePlus Watch almost gets a smartphone-like screen refresh rate

OnePlus Watch could be the smartwatch that brings the trend of a higher refresh rate display on your wrist. Recently the Product Manager of OnePlus Watch detailed the features of the OnePlus Watch in a blog post on the OnePlus forum. The blog says that the OnePlus has put a 50Hz refresh rate display on the OnePlus Watch, which is also the brand's first smartwatch. This is a superior display in terms of refresh rate, as most smartwatches sport a 30Hz refresh rate display. Hence, the display should end up being the one of smoothest in its league, theoretically. The blog also mentions that the OnePlus Watch will get the always-on display feature through an OTA update in the near future. The product manager highlights the battery on the OnePlus Watch too. To remind you, the smartwatch ships with a 402mAh battery. Which is claimed to provide a battery of 14 days in total. The OnePlus Watch also features Warp Charge, which provides enough juice for a day in a charge time of 5 mins and about a week of charge in about 20 mins.
