OnePlus Nord CE 5G India launch has been confirmed by e-commerce retailer Amazon, around the same time OnePlus announced it would host a Summer Launch Event. It's worth mentioning that OnePlus India, in an exclusive interview, confirmed that the OnePlus Nord would get a successor in the first half of 2021. At this point, we do not know whether it may launch as a OnePlus Nord successor or a new extended device in the series, while Nord 2 may launch at a later time. OnePlus India Twitter handle on Thursday announced the OnePlus Summer Launch Event, and soon after, a dedicated webpage on Amazon India went live. On registering interest in the upcoming event, Amazon India subscribers get a message confirming the handset - OnePlus Nord CE 5G. The company earlier in the week had posted a cryptic tweet teasing the upcoming launch, and a lot of reports claimed that it could be the first hint about the OnePlus Nord successor. Additionally, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G name was also revealed in a BIS listing that was spotted a few days back. The OnePlus Nord CE 5G name first came to light earlier this month and was initially thought to be a successor to the OnePlus Nord N10 5G.
