On video, Telangana minister assures 'encounter' of Hyderabad rape case accused

Telangana Labour Minister Malla Reddy has assured that the 30-year-old accused in the Hyderabad rape and murder case will be "killed in an encounter".

When asked about the rape and murder case of a 6-year-old in Hyderabad's Saidabad, Malla Reddy said, "We will definitely arrest him [the accused] and will do the encounter."
