On Sidharth Shukla's 1st death anniversary, his family attends prayer meet with Brahma Kumaris

It was Sidharth Shukla's first death anniversary on September 2. On the occasion, his mother Rita Shukla and his sisters organised a prayer meet with Brahma Kumaris.
September 2, 2021, left a horrible shock etched in the memories of fans and celebrities. This day, we lost one of our favourite celebrities, Sidharth Shukla. The 40-year-old actor, who was at the peak of success, breathed his last due to a massive cardiac arrest. He was rushed to Cooper Hospital, Mumbai, and soon after, the doctors declared him brought dead. It was reported that he had taken some medicines before he went to bed and did not wake up in the morning. Fans remembered Sidharth yesterday fondly as it marked his first death anniversary. His mother Rita Shukla and his sisters also held a prayer meet with the Brahma Kumaris.
On September 2 last year, a sea of fans crowded Mumbai's streets to bid their final goodbyes to Sidharth Shukla. On his first death anniversary, his mother Rita Shukla and his sisters attended prayer meet with the Brahma Kumaris. Several pictures from the prayer meet have surfaced online. Sidharth was an ardent follower of Brahma Kumaris and would often attend their meetings with his mother. In one photo going viral, the family is seen posing with the Brahma Kumaris and in others, his sisters are seen offering prasad to the attendees.

Sidharth Shukla's body was taken to Mumbai’s Cooper hospital after he suffered a massive heart attack on September 2. He had felt uneasy the previous night and taken some medication before going to sleep. However, he did not wake up in the morning. His mother, Rita Shukla, tried to wake him up and called his sister, who lives in the same building when Sidharth did not respond. The late actor was cremated in Oshiwara on September 3. The funeral was earlier supposed to happen at the Brahma Kumaris, but because of permission issues, it took place in Oshiwara. Many of his fans and followers blocked the roads to catch one last glimpse of Sidharth Shukla. The funeral was conducted according to the Brahma Kumaris rituals.
