His face mask is seen placed near his chin - a clear violation of protocol at public places. Many people are seen walking past the healthcare worker at the busy road, leaving them exposed to the virus. "You are transporting a corona patient and also not wearing mask properly," asks the bystander who shot the video. "I don't have corona. I am just transporting the patient. Let me drink," replies the healthcare worker, who is later seen putting the mask over his nose as he realises his video is being captured.
