A video has surfaced on social media purportedly showing a group of men enjoying liquor and snacks inside a Delhi jail. The 24-second video shows four men inside a police lockup, sitting on a mattress' surrounded by liquor, chips and other food items. The men are also seen talking on the phone and smoking.
