Olivia, Noah reign as Ontario's most popular baby names

Ontario parents are sticking with what they know.
Once again, Olivia and Noah have topped the lists of the most popular baby names for girls and boys born in Ontario, according to the latest provincial data.
It's the 15th year in a row Olivia has held the number one spot for girls and the fifth straight year that Noah has held that place for boys.
The names were also favourites nationally, as Olivia and Noah remain the most popular baby names in Canada, according to the latest data from Statistics Canada's Baby Names Observatory.
The Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement released its annual top 10 lists of most popular baby names Wednesday. The data is from 2023.
After Olivia, the most popular girls' names in the province were:
Charlotte Amelia Emma Sophia Mia Sofia Ava Mila Isla
And after Noah, the most popular names for boys:
Liam Theodore Oliver Jack Lucas Benjamin William Leo Henry
