A woman on Sunday gave birth to conjoined twin girls in Odisha’s Kendrapara district. The babies share a single body, two mouths, two noses, three arms and two legs. Their condition is stable.
A woman gave birth to conjoined twins in Odisha on Sunday morning. Born at a private nursing home in the Kendrapara districts, the twin-girls are joined at the chest and abdomen. The condition is medically known as Siamese twins, and is understood as a rare condition. Their condition deteriorated after birth, but doctors later said they were stable.
