Odisha becomes the first state to launch the 'Let's Read' campaign, which aims to make police stations more children-friendly.

In an effort to strengthen policing and make it more child-friendly, Sundergarh police, led by District SP Sagarika Nath, launched "Let's read this Independence Day", with the goal of mending the public-police divide. The initiative is based on the belief that "Knowledge is the path to real freedom."
