Obama judge's ruling on illegal immigrant's gun rights helps the left 'blur lines' of citizenship: Rubio
Fox News
Senate Intelligence Committee member Marco Rubio of Florida sounded off on "Hannity" after an Illinois federal judge ruled illegal immigrants might have gun rights.
Johnson Coleman wrote there is no "historical tradition of firearm regulation" that precludes a noncitizen who has not been convicted of a violent crime from constitutional gun ownership, while finding the federal ban "facially constitutional." Charles Creitz is a reporter for Fox News Digital.
On "Hannity," Rubio criticized the ruling, saying forces on the left have long been "trying to… blur the line between citizenship and everything else — people that are here illegally." He joined Fox News in 2013 as a writer and production assistant.
