NYU supervisor stabbed after dispute with dorm security guard, cops say

A security guard at New York University stabbed his boss five times in the back early Saturday in Greenwich Village, cops said.

The violence erupted shortly after 1 a.m. inside NYU’s residential hall building on Broome Street when an argument between the 45-year-old NYU public safety officer supervisor and a 38-year-old underling “turned physical,” law enforcement sources said. “Two security guards at an NYU facility started fighting and one stabbed the other,” an NYPD spokesman said, confirming the victim was stabbed in the torso, neck and shoulder.
