NYPD accused of forcing son of Elie Wiesel to put away Israeli flag during confrontation with anti-Israel protesters

The son of late Holocaust survivor and Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel says cops forced him to put away his Israeli flag as he confronted a pro-Palestinian demonstrator during a massive rally in Penn Station on Monday.
Elisha Weisel, 51, posted a video on X of himself draped in the flag while heatedly arguing with the protester, who wore a black mask over his face.
The protester calls out Weisel for coming to the Manhattan rally wearing the Israeli flag, while the former Goldman Sachs executive blasts the man for describing his flag as a symbol of “terrorism.”
“Take off your mask,” Weisel says as he grabs the other man’s hand in an attempt to move away the phone recording him.
“Don’t touch me, buddy,” the protester warns as Weisel keeps telling him to take off his mask.
Weisel continues to call the protester a coward for hiding behind the face covering, with the masked man growing irritate, until a nearby NYPD officer witnessing the interaction broke the men up.
