NYC wants more community doctors to give out COVID-19 vaccines
NY Post
More than 500 New York City doctors in private practice are now giving out the COVID-19 vaccine as officials say they want to shift the jabs to “the places and spaces that patients already trust.”
The city says it is reaching out to 200 more physicians who had enrolled in the vaccination distributions program but never requested a supply of the shots. In December, even before the first COVID vaccine was available in New York, the city asked doctors and pharmacies to register in order to give out the shots.More Related News
