A pervert pleasured himself in full view aboard a F train rumbling through Midtown this week — but straphangers inured to the Big Apple’s plummeting quality of life barely lifted an eyebrow during the sick spectacle.

The man was seated by the door and doing the deed near East 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue just before 7 p.m. Thursday — in full view of the roughly two dozen passengers, who were mostly unfazed at what has now become commonplace in the city, repulsive video taken by The Post shows. The man attempted to conceal his actions by covering his privates with his hands, and at one point was observed motioning to another passenger while mouthing, “It’s OK.”
