The National Rifle Association says that a federal court ruling striking down Maryland's handgun qualification requirement is a 'significant victory' for gun rights.
"This ruling by the United States Court of Appeals is a significant victory, for the Second Amendment and Americans who value constitutional freedoms," NRA's lobbying arm executive director Randy Kozuch told Fox News Digital. Brianna Herlihy is a politics writer for Fox News Digital.
