Now Randhir Kapoor says Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt's wedding is on April 15, reception to be decided

With the guessing game still on for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding date, Randhir Kapoor has confirmed April 15 to be the couple's D-Day. The veteran actor also commented on Alia and Ranbir's reception.
Lots of wedding dates have been floating in as Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt kickstart their pre-wedding festivities. While some are speculating that RaAlia will tie the knot on April 14, Ranbir’s uncle Randhir Kapoor has confirmed that the big Bollywood shaadi is to take place on April 15.
It is a big day for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The couple are taking the first steps towards their wedding with puja, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies that take place today, April 13. Earlier today, a source close to the family confirmed Alia and Ranbir’s wedding will take place on April 14 at Vastu. But now, Kareena Kapoor Khan's father and Ranbir’s uncle Randhir Kapoor has confirmed that the wedding is taking place on April 15. Speaking to Pinkvilla, Randhir Kapoor shared, “Ranbir is going to get married but not today. It's around the 15th. I am very happy (for him).”
About their wedding reception, the veteran actor added, “That we are discussing. I am on my way back (to Mumbai). I was in Goa. Now I am heading back, so we will discuss that today and decide.”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s pre-wedding festivities start today, April 13. IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt their pre-wedding itinerary. Three events are marked for today - Ganesh puja, followed by mehendi and sangeet. Alia and Ranbir’s mehendi ceremony will start between 1-2 pm today. A sangeet ceremony is slated for later in the evening, which might commence from 10-10.30 pm. Post this, the Bhatt and Kapoor families will huddle for a joint family dinner with immediate family members.
