Many head honchos in the party have come on record to bat for Yogi Adityanath. However, former Mau MP Harinarayan Rajbhar has set tongues wagging with his recommendation for the top job.
Addressing a public meeting, Rajbhar projected UP state vice president and MLC AK Sharma as the next chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. The video of Rajbhar making the declaration has gone viral. The BJP leader described AK Sharma as a former close aide to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
