Former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan said the Centre’s job is to give a framework within which there can be a lot of decentralisation in terms of farm reforms.
In an interview with India Today TV Consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai, former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan said the Centre’s job is to give a framework within which there can be a lot of decentralisation in terms of farm reforms.
