Subway service is down on Line 1 between Sheppard West and Lawrence West due to a broken power rail, the TTC said Wednesday morning.
Workers found a gap within the power rail at the southbound track at Yorkdale station around 6 a.m., a spokesperson for the TTC said.
Crews are working on emergency repairs, the TTC added.
Shuttle buses are running.
