No Left representation in Bengal Assembly, TMC and BJP pay homage to Jyoti Basu on birth anniversary

Members from other parties present in the Bengal Assembly to pay tribute to Jyoti Basu attacked the Left front for not attending the veteran leader's birth anniversary.

No members or senior leaders from the Left front were present in the state Assembly to pay homage to former West Bengal Chief Minister Jyoti Basu on his birth anniversary. Members from TMC, BJP, and Sanyukta Morcha (alliance between Indian Secular Front, Congress, and the Left Front) paid tribute to the veteran leader.
