No Covid vaccination in Mumbai for two days due to vaccine shortage

The Covid vaccination drive in Mumbai will remain suspended on August 19 and 20 due to a shortage of vaccines.

Covid vaccination centres in Mumbai will remain shut on August 19 and 20. The inoculation drive will resume on Saturday i.e., August 21. Due to a paucity of vaccines, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) announced on Wednesday that vaccination will be postponed on Thursday (August 19) and Friday (August 20) at government and municipal centres in Mumbai.
