WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus insisted that the priority must remain to make Covid-19 vaccines accessible to the vulnerable populations across the world rather than giving additional doses to the already vaccinated.
World Health Organisation (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Wednesday decried the glaring inequity in access to Covid-19 vaccines, highlighting the rush in wealthy countries to roll out booster shots of vaccine.
