
No coercive action against Nitesh Rane till his plea is heard by Bombay High Court

Nitesh Rane has been accused by Maharashtra police of being the main conspirator behind the 'attempt to murder' incident which allegedly took place on December 18, 2021.
The Maharashtra government has extended their assurance of no coercive action against Nitesh Rane, a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (MLA) and son of Union Minister Narayan Rane, in an 'attempt to murder' case till the pendency of his anticipatory bail plea in theBombay High Court.
Rane has been accused by Maharashtra police of being the main conspirator behind the 'attempt to murder' incident which allegedly took place on December 18, 2021 in the Kankavli region of Maharashtra.
