New Jersey investigators are hunting for the "armed and dangerous" suspect accused in the attempted murder of two Newark police officers on Tuesday afternoon.
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said officers were working to identify a suspect from a previous investigation and went into a local building in an attempt to investigate the lead. They were unsuccessful inside the building, but as they were leaving, Howard approached them, Fragé said. Stephanie Pagones is a Digital Reporter for FOX Business and Fox News.
