Nine deaths, 989 Covid-19 cases in Qatar on April 15

Doha: Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) today reported 989 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) and 597 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people recovered in Qatar to 171,985.
Out of 989 new cases, 821 are community cases and 168 from travellers returning from abroad. The ministry also announced eight deaths of people aged 41, 42, 56, 58, 53, 68, 69, 79 and 85 years, taking the total death toll as of today to 357. Dix of them had chronic diseases and all of them received necessary medical care, MoPH said.
