Nikon has recently launched new software updates for some of its camera models to address an aperture mechanism problem.
Nikon has recently launched new software updates for some of its camera models. It includes Nikon Z7 II, Z6 II and Z5 cameras. As noted by Nikon Rumors, the firmware update addressed a problem wherein users were hearing a loud noise from the aperture mechanism when the zoom or focus rings, featured on the F-mount lenses, were rotated. The problem occurred in rare circumstances, when F-mount lenses were connected via an FTZ mount adapter. All the three cameras for which the firmware update has been released were launched last year. The Nikon Z5 mirrorless camera came in July, 2020, with a price tag of Rs 1,13,995. Whereas, the Nikon Z6 II and Nikon Z7 II arrived in October, 2020. While the Nikon Z5 is an entry-level camera, the Nikon Z6 II and Z7 II target professional photographers and filmmakers. Now, the aperture mechanism issue that we mentioned has been resolved easily through a firmware update.More Related News
