Kannada actor Nikhil Kumaraswamy took to social media on April 17 to inform followers that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He wrote that he contracted the virus despite following all safety precautions. In his social media post, Nikhil urged everyone who came in contact with them to get tested. Before he tested positive for Covid-19, he was shooting for his film in Leh. Nikhil Kumaraswamy is the latest celebrity to have contracted the virus in the second wave of the ongoing pandemic. He took to social media to inform about his diagnosis to fans. Nikhil is currently under home quarantine as per the doctor's advice.
