The National Investigation Agency is likely to file a supplementary chargesheet against three persons, including PDP leader Waheed Para, in a terror case related to suspended J&K Deputy Superintendent of Police Davinder Singh. A number of phone calls made on the open line four days after the Pulwama terror attack, in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed, has emerged as a key link between Para and Davinder Singh in the case. Para is likely to be charged under Section 120B of IPC and sections 17, 18, 38, 40 of UAPA. The other two who will be chargesheeted are Shaheen Lone, an arms dealer, and Tafazul Parimoo, who was arrested in 2019 in Pattan along with weapons. Both worked closely with former BJP sarpanch Tariq Ahmad Dar.More Related News
