At the direction of the MHA, the NIA has taken over the probe into the recovery of 7 kg of natural uranium in Mumbai. Officials estimate the value of the seizure at Rs 21 crore.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the probe into the recovery of natural uranium in Mumbai. A fresh case was registered in this regard by the anti-terror agency in pursuance of an order from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). According to the NIA's spokesperson, the case has been registered under Section 24(1)(a) of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962.More Related News
