NIA raids properties in Meerut, arrests arms trafficker related to Khalistanis

The NIA on Sunday arrested an arms trafficker who allegedly used to supply weapons to Khalistani, who used them for faith-based targeted killings and extortion.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday conducted searches at properties in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut and arrested an arms trafficker, who was involved in an extortion case, in which Khalistani terrorists are also named. The arrested person has been identified as 32-year-old Mohammad Asif Ali. "During the search, two country-made pistols of 0.315 bore, ten live rounds of 0.315 bore, one mobile phone, two SIM cards and one memory card were recovered," NIA said in a statement.More Related News
