The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has opposed the interim bail appeal of Elgar Parishad case accused Surendra Gadling, who had sought relief over his mother’s death anniversary. Gadling had approached the Bombay High Court saying that he had to attend the first death anniversary rituals of his mother on August 15. Senior advocate Indira Jaising argued Gadling's case before the division bench of Justice SS Shinde and Justice NJ Jamadar.More Related News
