NIA files chargesheet against 10 accused in Antilia bomb scare case 

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against 10 accused arrested in the Antilia bomb scare case.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a chargesheet against 10 accused, including dismissed police officer Sachin Vaze, arrested in the Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiren murder case. The chargesheet submitted by NIA is of around 9000 -10000 pages and has been filed under 120B, 201, 286, 302, 364, 384, 386, 403, 419, 465, 471, 473 and 506 of IPC, sections 3 and 25 of Arms Act, section 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and sections 16, 18 and 20 of UA (P) Act.
