Newlyweds Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal look regal in pics from Lucknow celebrations

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have tied the knot. The couple shared their first wedding pictures on October 4.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are set to host a wedding reception in Mumbai on October 4. The newlyweds shared first wedding pictures on social media where the couple look absolutely regal.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal hosted mehendi, haldi and sangeet ceremonies in Delhi. After their wedding festivities in the national capital, they headed to Lucknow where they threw a bash for their family and friends there.

Ali Fazal shared pictures from Lucknow celebrations and wrote, "Ek Daur hum bhi hain. Ek silsila tum bhi ho. #RiAli (sic)."

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were at their regal best in their couture wear designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The duo complimented each other with Ali in a panelled gold and beige sherwani and Richa in an off-white sharara.

The couple flew down to Lucknow where an evening affair was hosted by Ali’s family to welcome Richa. The evening began with a Qawwali performance by the Sabri Brothers of Rajasthan. The decor was in compliment to the Awadhi Lucknowi culture with golden custom-made drapes, chandelier candle holders. The food was meticulously prepared by Lebua, a heritage family run hotel in the centre of Lucknow with special dishes being prepared by Mahmoodabadi, another traditional family run catering company that honours cuisine peculiar to the region.
