New York officials reach agreement to legalize marijuana
Fox News
New York State officials have reached a deal to legalize marijuana, legislative sources told The New York Post on Wednesday — just hours after Gov. Andrew Cuomo called it “essential” to the state’s social and economic well-being.
The reform measures will be included in the laws to be proposed as part of the state budget on April 1, the sources said. The deal would allow New Yorkers over the age of 21 to legally buy and possess up to three ounces of pot for their personal use, with licensed sales to begin by December 2022, sources said.More Related News
