Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are the newest parents in town and we are super excited about their new journey. The couple made the big announcement on Friday, January 21 night in a joint statement. Their baby was born via surrogacy, and if reports are to be believed, it is a baby girl for Nick and Priyanka.
Now, a few days after the duo announced the good news, a throwback picture of the couple with their friends is going viral.
Priyanka and Nick received a whole lot of love from their Bollywood friends after they made the big announcement on social media. Now, Priyanka's close friend Natasha Poonawalla has taken to Instagram and shared an unseen picture with the new parents. Sharing the picture, Natasha gave a piece of advice for the couple. She wrote, "Congratulations PC and Nick!! Thrilled for you guys brace yourself for life’s greatest joyride! Wish you all the love and strength for this new chapter. From sleepless party nights to sleepless parenting nights! — with you all the way! (sic)."
Fans soon commented on the pic and dropped heart emojis. While some others congratulated the couple, some users called them "beautiful".
According to a report by Daily Mail, Priyanka and Nick have welcomed a baby girl, 12 weeks early. A source informed the news publication that Nick and Priyanka's baby girl was born in a Southern California hospital outside LA, where she'll remain until she is healthy enough to return home.
The actress and her husband decided to do surrogacy due to their busy schedules, according to reports. Daily Mail quoted the source saying, "Priyanka doesn't have any fertility issues preventing her from having a baby, but she is 39 now, so it's not getting any easier. Their busy work schedules also mean that it's difficult for them to physically be together to conceive when she is ovulating, so some time ago they went down the surrogacy route."
