If not pleased with the Kia Carnival, a buyer can return the MPV within 30 days of purchasing it.
Kia India has rolled out the 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' for new Carnival buyers that allows them to return the MPV within 30 days of making the purchase if they are not pleased with it. On returning the Carnival, the buyers will get 95 per cent of the ex-showroom and overhead costs incurred. The 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' is valid on all variants of the Kia Carnival. Launched in India in February 2020 at the Auto Expo, the MPV is available in three variants -- Premium, Prestige and Limousine variants. The buyers can opt for the Premium trim in 7-seat and 8-seat configurations, the Prestige trim in 7-seat and 9-seat configurations and the Limousine trim in 7-seat configuration.
