Aespa set a 100 million-view record with the group's third single.
SEOUL, South Korea -- A rookie K-pop girl group, Aespa, has set another record with their third single, "Next Level." The music video surpassed 100 million YouTube views just 32 days after its release. Their debut song, "Black Mamba," had held the record for fastest K-pop group debut music video to reach 100 million views -- just 52 days. "Next Level" is a remake of a soundtrack from the Hollywood action film "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw," rearranged with a genre mash-up. The music's astonishing popularity is powered by a unique concept of Aespa's identity and story, which are set in a futuristic digital universe where each of its four members coexist with their alter egos, or avatars.More Related News
