NEET row: Governor is nothing but a postman, says Tamil Nadu CM Stalin

Amid the ongoing tussle between the Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin and Governor RN Ravi over the NEET Bill, the CM said the Ravi did not have the power to approve the Bill. So, he should just send the bill to the President and do the postman's job, Stalin said.
