India Today
The NEET PG counselling process set to begin today will not go ahead until the Supreme Court makes a decision on the petition against the 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation in the PG All India Quota for medical seats.
On Monday, the Centre assured the Supreme Court that the NEET PG Counselling process will not be taken ahead until the apex court makes a decision on the challenge to the 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation in PG All India Quota seats (MBBS/BDS and MD/MS/MDS) from the current academic session.
Justices DY Chandrachud and BV Nagarathna took the assurance by Additional Solicitor General (ASG) KM Nataraj into account and noted that students would face problems if the NEET PG counselling process went ahead as scheduled.
