A Delhi court has sent businessman Navneet Kalra to three days' of police custody, saying his custodial interrogation was required for police to investigate the allegations of him hoarding oxygen concentrators and seeling them in the black market.
The Delhi Police crime branch has secured three days' custody of businessman Navneet Kalra to interrogate him for allegedly hoarding oxygen concentrators and selling them at an exorbitant price in black market. Appearing before the Saket district court on Monday, the Delhi Police sought five days' custody for Navneet Kalra, alleging that he was indulging in black marketing of oxygen concentrators. The police also informed that court that the quality of the oxygen concentrators seized from Navneet Kalra's premises was "below the prescribed standards".More Related News
