A sailor in the Navy was found not guilty of arson for the 2020 fire that destroyed the USS Bonhomme Richard while it was docked in San Diego.
"I can say that the past two years have been the hardest two years of my entire life as a young man," he said in a statement outside the courthouse. "I’ve lost time with friends. I’ve lost friends.
