National Film Awards 2021: Chhichhore director Nitesh Tiwari misses Sushant Singh Rajput

The 67th National Film Awards were presented today, October 25, in Delhi. Nitesh Tiwari received the Best Film award for Sushant Singh Rajput's Chhichhore.
The 67th National Film Awards were presented by Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday morning, October 25. Southern superstar Rajinikanth was conferred with the 51st Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Manoj Bajpayee, Kangana Ranaut and Dhanush won Best Actor awards. Sushant Singh Rajput's Chhichhore was given the Best Hindi Film award. Priyadarshan’s Malayalam period epic Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea won the Best Feature Film.
The year, National Film Awards were announced in March 2021. The awards honoured the best in cinema in 2019. The awards were postponed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
