Narada sting case: Calcutta HC stays bail order of TMC ministers, MLA

The Calcutta High Court issued a stay order on the bail of the four TMC leaders who were arrested on Monday in the Narada sting case. The accused will remain in CBI custody till Wednesday.

The Calcutta High Court issued a stay order on the bail of the four All India Trinamool Congress leaders who were arrested on Monday in the Narada sting case. The accused will remain in CBI custody till Wednesday. The leaders were granted bail by a special CBI court in Kolkata earlier on Monday. However, they were not released because the CBI moved the high court pleading that the matter be moved out of the special CBI court in Kolkata so that the Narada case is transferred outside West Bengal.
